1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Subscriber,” “you,” “your”) and Motivated Women Weekly (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our,” “my,” “I,” “me”). By purchasing, subscribing to, or accessing any portion of our digital membership service (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not subscribe or use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

The Service consists solely of digital content delivered electronically via email or through online platforms. Content may include, but is not limited to, written materials, motivational resources, wellness information, digital files, and subscriber-only communications.
We may modify, update, replace, or discontinue any portion of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe. By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected).
By subscribing, you authorize the Company and its third-party payment processor to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.

You are solely responsible for:

Ensuring your payment method remains current

Managing your subscription settings

Canceling your subscription before the next billing date

Past or current subscription fees are non-refundable under all circumstances (see Section 10).

5. Access to Digital Content

Access is considered delivered once the digital content is sent electronically, regardless of whether you open, read, or access such content.
You are responsible for managing your email settings, storage, and spam filters.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through the Service is owned or licensed by the Company and protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, share, or publicly display any content without express written permission from the Company.

Violations may result in legal action and termination of access.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Copy, share, or disseminate proprietary content

Attempt to circumvent, bypass, copy, or replicate the Service

Use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms.

8. No Medical or Professional Advice

Content provided is for general information only and does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, nutritional, or therapeutic advice.
Consult qualified professionals before making decisions that may impact your health or well-being.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee:

Specific results

Accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the content

That the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure

10. Strict No-Refund Policy

Due to the digital, non-returnable nature of the Service, all sales are final.
No refunds, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges will be granted for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Failure to cancel before renewal

Inability to locate delivered emails

Perceived lack of value

Non-use of the Service

Dissatisfaction with results

Initiating a chargeback is a breach of these Terms (see Section 11).

11. Chargebacks

You agree not to dispute charges or initiate chargebacks.
If a chargeback is initiated, the Company may immediately terminate your access and pursue the matter, including providing evidence of delivery and your acceptance of this policy to the payment processor or financial institution.

We reserve the right to recover fees, costs, or losses associated with chargebacks.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your subscription at any time for violations of these Terms.
You may cancel at any time; however, cancellation affects future billing only and does not entitle you to a refund.
To cancel your subscription and terminate your membership, send an email to [email protected] with a written request to cancel. Include the name and email address associated with the subscription. 

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full and complete agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service and supersede all prior understandings, written or verbal.
